Project Manager - Bilfinger Oy - Remote - Global

Bilfinger is seeking a project manager for our operations at Herøya Industrial Park in Porsgrunn. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. The project manager will work closely with clients, specialists, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. Responsibilities include project management from start to finish, managing progress, budget, and quality, client and supplier follow-up, contract and change management, bid work, project development, risk management, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) follow-up. The ideal candidate has technical education or relevant experience in construction or contracting, project management experience, good understanding of finance, contracts, and project control, and is structured, solution-oriented, and communicative. They should be team players with a strong focus on HSE and quality.
