Job Description
KoskiHoiva recently opened a recruitment for this position, which attracted good interest. Due to growth and an increase in the number of clients, we are reopening the search to strengthen our team and ensure quality support for all our clients. We are now seeking counselors for hourly work in supported housing services for clients with mental health and substance abuse issues. Job Description The work involves supporting clients in their daily lives and strengthening psychosocial functioning in supported housing services. The work is based on individual client plans and is rehabilitative, goal-oriented, and client-centered. The work takes place in clients' everyday environments within the Pirkanmaa region and includes independent work. Requirements - Degree in social services and/or health care (Bachelor's degree or secondary level degree or equivalent previous qualification) - Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse work - Good communication skills and an independent work approach - Driver's license and readiness to travel for work - Good Finnish language skills - Approved criminal record extract Preferred - Experience in guiding work, rehabilitation, or client work - Flexibility and a solution-oriented work approach We offer - Flexible working hours for hourly work - Opportunity to influence workload - Supervision (8 times/year) - Statutory occupational health care - Work vehicle during the workday and/or bus card - Sports and wellness benefit (50–300 €/year depending on hours worked) Salary according to the private social services sector collective agreement: practical nurse €14.82-16.03/hour (G20C) and social worker €16.71-18.21/hour (G23D).
