We are looking for a skilled and motivated coach to join our team! Your primary task will be coaching at the well-being workshop. As a coach, you have the opportunity to plan and develop your work with your own personality, supported by the work community and your supervisor. The coach supports clients in strengthening their skills, daily and life management skills, and finding pathways to further studies and the labor market. The target group includes young people and young adults outside of employment and education, including clients in rehabilitative work activities and social rehabilitation services. The daily activities at the workshop consist of various well-being enhancing activities such as exercise, nature trips, crafts, etc. Requirements for applicants: - Higher education degree in social and health care - Self-motivation, initiative, and independence - Energetic, solution-oriented approach - Skills and enthusiasm for developing activities - Proficiency in basic digital tools - Good communication and teamwork skills - Genuine desire to work with the target group - Commitment to the values of Silta-Valmennusyhdistys The employment is temporary, starting as soon as possible and lasting until December 31, 2026. The employment is governed by the collective agreement for private social services.
