Lavonia is a personnel leasing company founded in 2008, operating in the construction and industrial sectors. We are looking for an HR Coordinator at our office in Espoo Haukilahd to cover a maternity leave on a fixed-term contract. The work begins in June 2026 and lasts approximately 1.5 years (or as agreed). You will be part of a three-person recruitment team and report to Recruitment Manager Kalle Lindqvist. The role focuses heavily on the candidate experience: you will communicate daily with applicants, advance recruitment processes, and ensure the process runs smoothly from start to finish. Previous recruitment experience is a clear advantage. Knowledge of personnel leasing and/or the construction industry is considered a plus. Your tasks include managing recruitment from start to finish, publishing job advertisements, contacting applicants and conducting interviews, drafting employment contracts and handling employment matters, onboarding new employees, and ensuring smooth HR daily operations. What we expect includes a proactive and action-oriented work attitude, systematic approach and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, good communication and negotiation skills, and a desire to succeed in recruitment. Language skills requirement: fluent English, at least moderate Finnish. Other languages, especially Russian, are an advantage.
