We are looking for energetic and positive-minded scaffolding assistants for our client in the Kuusamo area. As a scaffolding assistant, your tasks include assisting with the installation and dismantling of scaffolding, carrying and sorting scaffold parts, and other supportive tasks. Requirements from the applicant: no prior experience or skills in similar tasks are required, the most important qualities are a proactive, fearless attitude towards work, and motivation to learn new skills. The work is initially available until 2026, but there is potential for longer-term employment. Working hours are weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30, and wages are based on the construction sector collective agreement. The work can be full-time or on a gig basis depending on your situation and preferences. You do not necessarily need years of work experience; a positive attitude, good physical condition, and willingness to learn are most important. However, any relevant experience in construction work is considered an advantage.
