Technical Property Maintenance Worker, Turku - Staffpoint Holding Oy - Turku, Finland

We are currently seeking a reliable and independent Technical Property Maintenance Worker for our client in Turku for a permanent position. The work includes monitoring and adjusting building technology, monthly testing of fire alarm, sprinkler, and security systems, minor repairs and maintenance, ventilation system servicing, and handling other service requests. The sites are schools and daycares. - Start at the end of June or early July - Working hours on weekdays from 7 am to 3 pm (37.5 hours/week) - On-call readiness is an advantage but not mandatory - Salary depending on experience, levels 5-6 (14.20-14.90 €/h) We expect from you: - Professional qualification in property maintenance - At least 3 years of experience in similar roles - B driver's license (company car provided) - Good customer service attitude - Fluent Finnish language skills (English skills are an advantage) We offer: - Long-term employment in a professional company - Relaxed and friendly work community - Appropriate work equipment - Salary paid twice a month Applications are processed already during the application period, so please send your application promptly!
