Job Description
Solita is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance in client projects across Finland. The role involves defining testing strategies, managing QA activities and tools, and ensuring software meets functional, performance, and reliability standards. The position offers the opportunity to influence both client projects and Solita's QA practices, working in a dynamic environment with diverse projects across industries. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with strong knowledge of modern testing methods, automation, and continuous integration. Fluency in Finnish and English is required. The salary range is 5000-6200 euros per month, and applications are accepted until August 6, 2026.
