We are seeking a Guidance and Project Specialist for the period 1.8.2026-28.2.2028 (ESR+ project). In our project, you will work with young people aged 15-28, especially young women, and influence their well-being, education, and employment opportunities. Your role combines practical guidance work, project expertise, and network collaboration, offering a versatile position where you can see the tangible results of your work in the lives of young people. Your key tasks include guiding young people in individual and group settings and supporting their life choices. Collaborating with networks, educational, and employment stakeholders. Planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on project activities. Producing training materials and organizing training events. Responsible for project implementation and reporting. You will succeed if you have: a relevant university or polytechnic degree, e.g., in education or social work. Experience working with young people and a desire to support their growth. Ability to combine theory and practical guidance, and to adopt and implement the organization’s educational philosophy. Fluent communication in Finnish, both written and spoken. Initiative and naturalness in networking. Curiosity, courage, and solution-oriented approach to new situations.
