Job Description
Valio's Lapinlahti factory produces cheeses, milk and whey-based powders, and consumer-packaged baby food powders, totaling about 60 million kg annually. The factory employs around 270 people. We are seeking a production assistant for a fixed-term maternity leave replacement at the Lapinlahti plant. The role involves supporting the management team and operational teams to ensure smooth operations, providing general administrative services, developing internal communication, managing access control systems, participating in onboarding and well-being initiatives, and coordinating visits, events, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys diverse tasks, and has at least secondary education (e.g., business or trade degree), good IT skills (MS Office), and proficiency in Finnish and English.
