Kaiku HR is looking for several workers for RMC (Rauma Marine Constructions) at the Rauma shipyard for major projects in the shipbuilding industry. You have the opportunity to join a team building modern icebreakers, defense ships, and world-class special vessels. Each of these ships is a masterpiece of technology and sustainability. Currently, there are two openings for ASSISTANT OPERATORS for the CUTTING ROBOT. In this role, you will assist in operating a pre-programmed cutting robot. Note that previous experience with similar tasks is not required, as training can be provided on-site. This position is suitable for those early in their careers. Your tasks include: Operating the profile cutting robot, Changing settings, Loading the center, Final arrangement of finished products according to codes. We require from you: Interest in shipyard and metal workshop work, Previous metalworking experience and/or education, Computer skills to easily manage robot setting changes, Careful and proactive work attitude, Ability to work in a team, Valid safety and hot work certificates, Willingness to work in shifts.
