Job Description
We are looking for a store manager for the TEMPUR store in Helsinki Kamppi. TEMPUR is known for its scientifically proven mattresses and pillows made from materials that promote well-being, detect body heat, and reduce pressure. For the store manager role, we hope you have experience in supervisory work and sales or customer service. The most important qualities are the ability to lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure smooth daily operations. We also value genuine interest in health and well-being—whether through studies or hobbies. Good Finnish language skills and a willingness to serve customers in English are required. We appreciate a flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented work attitude, as well as the ability to learn quickly about sleep, sleep ergonomics, and the role of an expert salesperson. We are not looking for salespeople, but empathetic and trustworthy individuals who can provide the best possible service — we truly care about our customers. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks, from building new processes to daily customer service and sales duties, such as overall responsibility for store operations, team, schedules, and results, recruitment, onboarding, and daily management of staff, store maintenance, cleanliness, and visual presentation, packing, unpacking, and assembling display beds, all customer service and sales tasks related to the sales concept, cash register work, managing online store, chat, and leads, participating in marketing activities. The employment is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours/week). Working hours are based on store opening hours.
