Consultant, SYNCHRO 4D Construction - Bentley Systems - Remote - Global

Bentley Systems is seeking a talented individual to join our Bentley Infrastructure Cloud team as a SYNCHRO consultant. This role involves delivering training, consulting, configuration services and creating training content on Bentley’s Infrastructure Cloud applications, Specifically SYNCHRO 4D Pro. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing our software users’ business and technical requirements and developing solutions that meet those needs. Responsibilities: Deliver consulting, configuration, and training services on Bentley’s construction management applications to existing and new software users.Provide transition support between versions of Bentley Infrastructure Cloud applications.Configure Bentley Infrastructure Cloud applications to project specifications.Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and benchmarks.Perform software product training activities, project assessments, reviews, and audits.Collaborate with product development groups to continually improve the quality of the product based on user input.Serve as the primary liaison between the company and software users.Develop and conduct technical presentations for existing and prospective users.Create learning content in the form of written documentation, videos, and webinars.This role may involve traveling approximately 25% of the time.
