Summer Job: Temporary Nurse Assistant for Departments 5C and D at Assi Hospital in Hämeenlinna - Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialue - Hämeenlinna, Finland

We are looking for 3 nurse assistants for summer temporary positions in departments 5C and D at Assi Hospital. The temporary positions start according to agreement and last until August 31, 2026. Department 5D is an acute neurology, respiratory diseases, and otorhinolaryngology ward with 23 beds. Department 5C is a 17-bed rehabilitation ward. The ward has 10 basic healthcare rehabilitation places and 7 advanced neurological rehabilitation places. Work is performed in three shifts. You will perform nursing work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in both specialized medical care and multidisciplinary rehabilitation. The qualification requirement is a basic qualification in social and health care as a nurse assistant or an equivalent degree. Registration in the Central Register of Social and Health Care Professionals is required. You do not need extensive work experience. The most important thing is genuine interest in learning and developing new skills. The wards are still establishing their operations, so a proactive approach is needed. Recruitment interviews will begin during the application period, and positions will be filled as suitable candidates are found. The task-specific salary is €2,614.39/month. In addition to the task-specific salary, we pay a experience-based supplement, which can be between 3% and 8%. The length of service also affects the accrual of vacation days. The working hours are 38.25 hours per week. Applications must be received by the end of the application period and should be submitted through the Kuntarekry system. Salary and other employment terms are determined according to the SOTE agreement. A trial period is in use. In direct patient and customer work, vaccination protection required by section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act and a tuberculosis statement regarding the respiratory system according to section 55 are mandatory.
