Kassatieto Oy is seeking to strengthen its production team, especially for a new, technically demanding printing press environment. We are looking for a main operator responsible for an 8-color flexo printing press. This is a permanent temporary employment. The work is expected to start around mid to late August. Job Tasks include independent operation and main responsibility for an 8-color flexo press, starting production, operating the machine, and ensuring quality, acting as a technical key person in the new machine environment, future training and guidance of other employees in machine operation, production work with paper processing machines, material transfers using forklifts (pallet truck, reach truck, counterbalance forklift), logistics tasks: picking, loading, and receiving as needed. Requirements include strong experience in operating flexo printing presses (especially multi-color / 8-color machines), ability to independently learn new machines and act as the main user, technical understanding and problem-solving skills in production processes, experience in forklift operation, initiative, accuracy, and responsibility, good teamwork skills and willingness to support and train others, commitment to a long-term employment.
