Construction Site Manager / Site Supervisor - Uniflex Suomi Oy - Helsinki, Finland

Forssa Engineering constructs large steel storage tanks for industrial needs. In your work, you will be responsible for managing the project site, supervising work, and ensuring smooth progress of the overall project. The work includes travel within Finland and the Nordic countries. Project durations vary from one month to several years. On overseas sites, work is done in periods (e.g., 25 weeks on-site, then a break back in Finland). Key responsibilities include daily management and supervision of the construction site, ensuring project progress, quality, and safety, supervising materials and additional work, approving invoices, budget and financial responsibility, guiding workers, and collaborating with project management and clients. We expect experience with construction sites, industrial projects, or metal industry, knowledge of welding or steel structures, fluent Finnish and English, willingness to travel, good physical condition, B driving license, and a proactive attitude. We offer a base salary of 4000-5000 €/month depending on experience plus bonuses, paid time off, a small and agile organization with responsibility, travel reimbursements, a pleasant work environment, and opportunities for training.
