Finavia, the airport operator, manages and develops 20 airports in Finland. We focus on providing smooth and high-quality services to airlines and passengers. We are looking for customer service agents for security check, apron supervision, and passenger guidance at Ivalo Airport for the winter season 2026-2027. The role involves ensuring smooth travel for each customer and delivering an exceptional customer experience in collaboration with other airport operators. Tasks include security checks, apron supervision, passenger guidance, and maintaining terminal order and security. The job requires normal color vision. Selected candidates will undergo basic security clearance, drug testing, and alcohol testing for security-critical tasks. The work is shift-based. The ideal candidate is positive, flexible, organized, able to handle fast-paced situations, and communicates fluently in Finnish and English, with other languages an advantage. You should actively observe your surroundings and handle face-to-face customer service in an international environment, be familiar with social media, and have sufficient IT skills.
