Lubricants Salesperson, whole Finland (Direct Recruitment) We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Lubricants Salesperson for our client in a permanent position. The recruitment is conducted as a direct hire, so the selected individual will be employed directly by our client. Our client is an international wholesale supplier of spare parts for heavy vehicles, known for its high-quality products and strong market position. We are now looking for a sales professional to handle the sale of lubricants and oil products across Finland. Job Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for developing the sales of lubricants and oil products nationwide. The role combines active new customer acquisition, long-term customer relationship development, and business growth. Your tasks will include: * Selling lubricants and oil products throughout Finland * Active new customer acquisition and exploring sales opportunities * Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships * Customer visits and preparing offers in collaboration with the internal team * Monitoring market and competitor situations Requirements * Proven success in B2B sales * Good knowledge of lubricants and oil products * Experience in technical sales, preferably in heavy equipment, transportation, or industrial sectors * Independent, goal-oriented, and customer-focused work approach * Willingness to travel across Finland * Fluent Finnish language skills. Proficiency in English and Swedish is considered an advantage.
