Field Supervisor for Public Events - X-SEC GROUP OY - Turku, Finland

We are looking for a field supervisor for our event assignments. The work begins immediately, and the events will be scheduled separately. After the summer season, there is an opportunity to deepen your role as part of our team if the work meets mutual expectations. Your tasks: You will work as a field supervisor at public events, mainly organized along the Turku–Helsinki axis. You will be responsible for operational management on-site in collaboration with the safety manager. We also organize events elsewhere in Finland (e.g., Kajaani, Vasa, Seinäjoki, Porvoo, Tampere, Kotka), so if you wish, we can offer you events in other locations. Conversely, it is also possible to work only in the Turku area if traveling does not suit you but you are otherwise suitable for the role. Our event clients mainly focus on festivals, concerts, sports events, and corporate events. We expect from you: You are a safety professional with experience as a field supervisor at public events. You have good organizational skills and can execute the event from start to finish in collaboration with the safety manager. The role requires your own car and readiness to travel to the event locations.
