Registered Nurse, Elderly Services, 24/7 Residential Care, Lieto - Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue - Lieto, Finland

This role combines nursing expertise, development, and a genuine opportunity to influence the well-being of the elderly. You will work as a nursing professional in a 30-bed 24/7 residential care unit, responsible for implementing individualized and rehabilitation-promoting nursing care for residents. You will participate in daily nursing activities, care planning, implementation, and evaluation, and act as a substitute for the responsible nurse when needed. You will collaborate closely with various professionals. The systems used include OmniPegasos client information system and RAI assessment tools. The work involves 2-shift rotations, including weekends. We offer meaningful work where you can impact the well-being of older adults and service development. You are an innovative and development-oriented registered nurse with good communication and customer service skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to work with the elderly. Experience in elderly residential services is considered an advantage. A valid LOVe medication license and hygiene passport are also advantageous but can be obtained through us if needed. Good spoken and written Finnish skills are required. The qualification requirement is a license as a registered nurse according to the Health Care Professionals Act (559/1994). Interested?
