Assistant Boiler Room Operator for Shipyard - Kaiku HR Rauma - Rauma, Finland

Kaiku HR is looking for multiple workers for RMC (Rauma Marine Constructions) at the Rauma shipyard for significant projects in the shipbuilding industry. You will have the opportunity to join a team building modern icebreakers, defense ships, and world-class special vessels. Each of these ships is a masterpiece of technology and sustainability. Currently, there are three openings for ASSISTANT BOILER ROOM OPERATORS. In this role, you will initially learn to operate boiler rooms and cutting robots as an assistant. No prior experience in similar tasks is required, as training will be provided on-site. The position is suitable for those starting their careers. Your tasks will include: - Assisting boiler room operators - Loading and unloading workpieces with magnets - Aligning workpieces - Learning to operate plasma and gas cutting robots We require from you: - Interest in shipyard and mechanical workshop work - Previous metalworking skills and/or education - Careful and proactive work attitude - Ability to work in a team - Valid safety and fire safety certificates - Willingness to work in shifts Please note that selected candidates will undergo a basic personal security clearance.
