We are looking for a shift supervisor for Kartano Restaurant. We seek a professional in the restaurant industry with at least five years of experience in an à la carte restaurant. You have the ability to lead people, make decisions under pressure, and ensure that the customer experience remains high from the first greeting to the last cup of coffee. At Kartano, workdays are varied. One day the restaurant is bustling, another day involves organizing a successful celebration or event. Therefore, we value situational awareness, responsibility, and a desire to continuously develop operations. The best evenings in the restaurant do not happen by chance.
