We are now seeking an enthusiastic and development-oriented CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR for our client company in a permanent position. The company's office is located in Vantaa, but the construction sites are mainly in the Uusimaa region. The work will start according to agreement. Our client company is a domestic infrastructure sector company founded in 2017, focusing on earthworks and site preparation. The company carries out infrastructure projects of various sizes in the Uusimaa area. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the construction site and ensuring smooth progress of work. The role emphasizes initiative, decision-making ability, and taking responsibility for the overall site. You will work with others at times but must also be able to independently manage the construction site when needed. We value experience or understanding of the infrastructure sector, but you do not need to be an experienced expert. The most important qualities are the right attitude, self-direction, organizational skills, and a desire to develop as a construction supervisor. Punctuality and stress tolerance are important in this role. A construction master’s or engineer’s degree is considered an advantage but is not essential if you have sufficient practical experience in the field.
