We are now looking for a department manager for our Fresh 1 team, responsible for daily operations and development of the meat and convenience sections. As a department manager, you will be responsible for the success of your area together with the team leader and the rest of the Fresh 1 team. You will influence both sales and customer experience. Your tasks include daily management and development of the department, ordering and assortment management, attractive displays and excellent store readiness, monitoring and developing sales and waste, guiding staff in your area, and providing first-class customer service. We expect you to have experience in daily goods retail, preferably with fresh products, proven results in department development, systematic and responsible work attitude, good organizational and cooperation skills, a desire to lead by example and inspire others, and fluent Finnish language skills.
