Assistant Club Manager at SATS 💪 Do you love working with people and ensuring everything runs smoothly? As an Assistant Club Manager at SATS, you support the Club Manager in the daily operation of the gym, with a strong focus on cleanliness, sales, and member service. Your job is to ensure that the gym is welcoming, well-kept and provides the best experience for our members. When the Club Manager is away, you take over the responsibility for ensuring that everything works as usual. If you like an active and varied role where no two days are the same, this could be the job for you! We are looking for someone who can work 75%, start date 1/9-2026. Your tasks: 🌟 - Ensure a clean and safe gym: Make sure all areas are cleaned, well-maintained and meet SATS' high standards. - Drive sales and growth: Collaborate with the team to welcome new members, market services and deliver an excellent customer experience. - Provide outstanding member service: Be present in the gym and reception, answer questions and ensure every member feels valued. - Support daily operations: Help with administrative tasks, scheduling and ensure everything runs smoothly. - Work flexible hours: Your shifts may vary between early mornings, late evenings and weekends to ensure the best possible presence at the gym.
