Construction Worker in the Oulu Region - SOL Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Oulu, Finland

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual for external annual maintenance and repair work on buildings for our client. In this role, you will perform diverse renovation and maintenance tasks alongside an experienced professional. Your tasks may include surface treatment repairs and touch-up painting, such as fixing peeling paint and color inconsistencies, replacing individual wooden cladding boards, and various carpentry and roofing tasks. Additionally, work may involve sealing and adjusting window and door fittings, adjusting frames and casings, and replacing doors. The job also includes checking and replacing seals, repairing terraces, stairs, and railings, as well as patching cracks in plaster and concrete and repairing brick joints. Other minor repair tasks related to annual maintenance are also part of the work. The work is varied and mainly outdoors.
