Job Description
We are looking for a special education instructor for the Child Protection Unit Metsäraitti in Vantaa! Metsäraitti offers family-oriented foster care for children aged 10-17, with two units: a specialized Raitti unit and a demanding Metsä unit. The role involves supporting children in daily life, participating in setting and evaluating care and education goals, and working closely with guardians, networks, schools, and social authorities. The work is in three shifts, mainly evenings, mornings, and weekends, starting as soon as possible. The salary is based on the collective agreement, ranging from 2762.58 to 3016.00 euros/month plus additional shift allowances. Requirements include a Bachelor of Health Care (sosionomi AMK), a driver’s license, hygiene passport, experience with children with severe behavioral issues, and at least two years in child protection foster care.
