Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Verrus - Remote - Global

We are currently partnering with a growing mining company who are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to support operational and strategic decision making across its Australian assets. Reporting to the CFO, this role will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis while partnering closely with operational, technical and corporate stakeholders. Key Responsibilities include leading annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes, developing financial models, delivering management reports, supporting investment evaluations, partnering with operational teams, preparing materials for leadership and board, and identifying process improvements. Requirements include CA, CPA or equivalent, experience in mining or heavy industry, strong FP&A background, advanced financial modelling skills, effective communication, and experience supporting capital projects. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and strategic influence.
