We are now looking for a property maintenance worker for Hyvinkää About the task and our expectations: As a property maintenance worker, you are responsible for the maintenance, service and repair of residential and commercial properties. You work independently, but you are part of our property maintenance team. You can easily handle, among other things, the adjustment of ventilation and heating equipment, the maintenance of water fixtures and even the replacement of fuses. You enjoy routine work while considering the customers. You are responsible for the functioning of waste management. The cleanliness and safety of the environment is a matter of honor for you. Modern building automation and property maintenance book systems are well within your grasp.
