Recruiter - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team working with a global technology client of Korn Ferry. The role involves a hybrid work model, with one day per week at the client's office in Châtillon and one at La Défense. The recruiter will handle the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates in the French industrial and engineering markets. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, designing sourcing strategies, using recruitment tools, building stakeholder relationships, and maintaining KPIs. The ideal candidate has proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including direct sourcing, interviews, and offer management, with a focus on diversity and inclusive sourcing, fluent in French and English.
