Biochemist I/II, LEGENDplex - Revvity - Remote - Global

The Biochemist for the LEGENDplex™ Group at BioLegend will be responsible for all aspects of product manufacturing, including planning, making and testing immunoassay components and kits, troubleshooting issues associated with product quality, and documenting and reviewing production batch records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Additional responsibilities include working with the Product Development team to ensure proper transfer of new products from the Product Development Group to Manufacturing. Responsibilities include manufacturing kit components such as antibody-bead conjugations, antibody-biotin conjugation, and various formulations, working with bottling, labeling, and storing components according to SOPs, performing in-process testing, documenting and analyzing data, managing inventory, planning, and executing production work-orders, solving complex problems, and assisting during peak demand. Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s degree with relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field with 1+ years of experience. Preferred qualifications include hands-on immunoassay experience, GMP industry experience, and good documentation practices. The work environment is laboratory-based with occasional warehouse exposure. The position offers an hourly pay range of $22.10–$26.50.
