Domestic Traffic Boat Driver (Boat Operator) - Parmake Oy - Loviisa, Finland

Suomen Saaristoristeilyt Oy is looking for a boat driver for the Loviisa–Svartholma ferry service during the summer season. Work begins immediately on a part-time basis during weekends and becomes full-time from Midsummer week onwards, continuing until the end of the summer season. The job involves transporting passengers between Loviisa Harbour and Svartholma fortress, as well as possible charter trips. Applicants are expected to have good boat handling skills, initiative, and a responsible work attitude. Requirements include at least a driver’s license (preferably a captain’s license), a valid maritime medical certificate, and excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in operating passenger ships is considered essential. Skills in Swedish and English are an advantage. We are also looking for extra deckhands for substitute and single trips as needed. It is preferable for the employee to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from Loviisa.
