The job involves sales, customer service, cash register work, and other store maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for store goals together with the team, serving customers professionally, ensuring the store is tidy, stocked, and ready for new sales days and campaigns. You will also help with receiving, unpacking, and shelving goods, walking thousands of steps daily. We expect you to enjoy a fast-paced, competitive, and varied environment, motivated to work in sales, achieve results, and exceed customer expectations. You are proactive, independent, have good communication skills, tolerate unfinished tasks, recover quickly from failures, are flexible with tasks and hours, and respectful, committed, and team-oriented. The position is part-time, about 20-25 hours per week, with pay according to the collective agreement (10.58–14.83 €/h + evening, Saturday, and holiday bonuses).
