The management head is responsible for the personnel, financial, and general administration of the agency and works at the administrative department of the district court, which includes an administrative unit, a customer service unit, and an information unit. The head leads the administrative department and is responsible for the overall planning and organization of the department's work as well as the effectiveness of the administrative unit. Additionally, the head participates in planning and developing the court's operations together with the chief judge and prepares plans concerning the court's activities and administrative and appointment matters to be decided by the chief judge. The management head coordinates the agency's recruitment and participates in the selection of clerical staff and deputies, interprets the collective agreement, and resolves employment relations for officials and deputies. The head is responsible for the agency's procurements and contracts, handles the court's payment matters, and approves the court's income and expenses. The management head prepares the budget proposal, monitors the implementation of the budget, and participates in performance negotiations. The head is a member of the management team.
