Are you passionate about helping others and seeking meaningful work? We are looking for personal assistants for Mehiläinen in the Oulu area. As a personal assistant, you will help our clients with daily tasks, especially those with disabilities or illnesses. Currently, we are particularly hiring for a client requiring special support. The work involves about 20 hours per month. We expect applicants to have a social and health care qualification or previous experience working with severely disabled persons. Experience in supporting clients with special needs and promoting their participation is an advantage. The work is on a three-shift schedule. Tasks may include assisting with hobbies and outside activities, such as shopping, outdoor activities, and recreational outings. We value reliability, initiative, and the ability to commit long-term. Salary is based on the private social services collective agreement, G15A. The hourly wage depends on experience, ranging from €12.79 to €14.06 plus evening, weekend, and holiday bonuses.
