What will you be doing? - responsible for the implementation and monitoring of medication therapy - act as the medication expert in the unit - participate in the planning and implementation of holistic care for residents - collaborate with residents' relatives, doctors, and other multidisciplinary team members - help create a safe, active, and individual daily life for residents - basic care The position is full-time and permanent. Work is done on weekday mornings, and we can agree on the start date with you. What do we require from you? - Nursing degree - Vaccination protection as per Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect clients and patients throughout the employment - Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment - Fluent Finnish language skills - Criminal record extract for employment lasting over three months (when working with minors, elderly, and disabled) - Sote professional card (certification card) - Medication permits or readiness to complete them at the start of employment We value genuine interest and experience in working with residents who need care and support in their daily lives.
