Join the team and make a difference! We are hiring two full-time healthcare assistants for Puistola. The unit offers 24/7 supported living and communal housing for mental health patients, supporting residents' well-being, participation, and independence through rehabilitative, recovery-oriented, and customer-focused work. The role involves supporting residents' well-being, rehabilitation, daily functioning, guidance, basic care, medication management, self-care, group activities, and collaboration with relatives and networks. Work is shift-based. We offer meaningful work with mental health patients, a supportive multidisciplinary team, good onboarding, and varied tasks. We expect independent, responsible, goal-oriented work, good communication and cooperation skills, commitment to rehabilitative and recovery-oriented work, ability to administer medication, and interest in holistic mental health care including basic care and somatic disease monitoring. Qualifications include a social and health care basic degree (practical nurse) and registration in the professional register. Valid medication license and health certificate required.
