Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales of Trombia's traditional machinery fleet, especially Snowek snow plows and sweeping machines. Your main contacts will be Snowek dealers, importers of construction machinery, contractors, and city yards in the Nordic countries, with whom you will build long-term partnerships. The role is strongly customer-oriented: you will spend most of your time visiting customers, demonstrating products, and building trust. Success in this role requires the ability to understand the customer's business and offer effective solutions. We offer a product portfolio that is the market leader in Finland and the fastest-growing technology leader in the Nordic countries. An independent and responsible role where you can build your own customer network. Close support from the sales director, product specialist, and technical dealer support. Opportunities for development and increased responsibility as your career progresses. Base salary + commission model: Base salary 3150 € / month. Estimated first-year earnings with car benefit approx. 4000-6000 €/month. Target earnings in the role are 6000-9000 €/month. Full car benefit on top of base salary. An international work environment. Responsibilities include selling Snowek snow plows, brush machines, and Trombia sweeping devices to cities, contractors, and machinery dealers; active customer acquisition and building your own network; maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships; supporting and developing cooperation with dealers; product demonstrations and meetings with customers; monitoring the market: for example, upcoming tenders and investments. The job involves traveling in Finland and the Nordic countries for at least 100 days a year, mainly customer meetings in the field approximately four days a week.
