Job Description

We are looking for a registered nurse for a permanent position at Norlandia Isopakari. Norlandia Isopakari offers high-quality residential services and care for the elderly, located conveniently in Malminkartano, Helsinki. Our innovative YHDESSÄ concept brings together the elderly, children, and dogs under one roof. The daily routine at Isopakari is based on basic care, ensuring residents' safety, and enabling well-being and meaningful living. The work involves planned activities and responding to residents' needs. Work is carried out in teams where responsibilities are shared, and smooth collaboration is essential. Organizing one's work and clear communication are key parts of daily life. Residents are at the core of our activities, and everyday life is enjoyable and meaningful. Shared outdoor activities brighten the daily lives of residents and staff. Our goal is to enable everyone to have a meaningful, homely daily life and to support individual, personalized living. As a registered nurse, your role is broad, and you will have the opportunity to utilize your professional skills in various ways. Your tasks include acting as a clinical expert for the team, managing medication, working closely with relatives and other stakeholders, and supporting residents' functional capacity across different areas of life. You will participate in basic care with other healthcare staff and assist residents with meals, dressing, and mobility as needed.
