The tasks are full-time and permanent. Our kitchen operates on weekdays from 6:00 to 17:00. The new central kitchen opened in January 2025, with a head chef, kitchen assistant, and five cooks. We prepare food daily for about 450 residents, so you will be part of a large kitchen production. Your work base is in Aino's kitchen, but your work area will be in kitchens around Seinäjoki. Your duties include preparing tasty and nutritious food according to dietary recommendations, considering special diets, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and participating in order and inventory management. The work is basic cook work but diverse and independent. What do we expect from you? You may already have experience in kitchen work or be studying the field – the most important thing is the right attitude! We hope you have a kitchen education or experience, are proactive and cooperative, want to do meaningful work, have a hygiene passport, and vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act, section 48, and at least B1 level Finnish language skills (our documentation and working language is Finnish). You also need a manual transmission B-driver's license. The employment terms follow the Private Social Services Sector Collective Agreement.
