Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end inbound supply execution for raw materials
- Act as the primary operational interface between sourcing, logistics, suppliers, and mill
- Monitor inbound supply performance, inventory levels, and delivery reliability
- Support sourcing and category teams with supply planning, supplier collaboration, and contract implementation
- Coordinate inbound logistics flows, including shipment scheduling, delivery status tracking, and issue resolution
- Drive continuous improvement in inbound supply processes, lead times, and cost efficiency
- Support supply disruption management and contingency planning
- Ensure compliance with UPM policies, contractual terms, and safety, sustainability, and ethical standards
- Contribute to supply data accuracy, reporting, and fact‑based decision‑making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or business
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in inbound supply, supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English; Chinese skills are an asset
