We are looking for a roof salesperson for our client Kattokeskus in Oulu on a permanent full-time basis. The work is primarily during daytime hours, but customer visits also take place in the evening. Kattokeskus offers its customers the best roofing services on the market, using high-quality materials and in-house installers. Quality is the top priority, achieved through good cooperation between salespeople and installers. When a new employee joins, we provide training for their specific role and integrate them into the team. Experienced roofing experts and installers willingly share their knowledge with newcomers. As skills grow, we are happy to give more responsibility and opportunities to develop work methods further. Your work involves active field sales: meeting new people daily, assessing the condition of their roofs, and helping find solutions suitable for their situation. Your workday consists of customer acquisition, customer visits, and closing sales. Customer acquisition is done via phone, door-to-door, and occasionally at stands and trade fairs. As you gain experience, you will also receive ready-made leads to handle directly. Success in roof sales emphasizes activity, goal orientation, and confidence in face-to-face customer interactions. The best qualifications for the role include previous experience in sales or the construction industry. However, the most important factors are the right attitude, social skills, and a desire to become a professional salesperson. A driving license is required for mobile work, and communication with customers is mainly in Finnish. Interested?
