Taxi driver, weekend shifts - Taksi Helsinki - Nordlink Henkilöstövuokraus Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We're looking for a driver for weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. Both day and night shifts are available, and we'll agree on the right mix together with you. The job works well alongside a weekday job or studies, and also as a main role for those who prefer a weekend-focused rhythm. Rides are dispatched through the Taksi Helsinki system. The car is based in Viikki, and from there it's easy to cover the whole capital region. On weekends, demand leans toward evening and night rides into the city centre and toward the airport. Pay is commission-based and calculated from the VAT-free cash of each shift driven, 40-45 % depending on the shift. Tips from customers go fully to the driver. The role requires a valid taxi driver's permit (taksinkuljettajan ajolupa) and a Taksi Helsinki driver card, or the readiness to obtain them. A working level of spoken Finnish is needed for customer service; perfect grammar isn't required. English or other languages are a plus. We offer a permanent, open-ended employment contract. The vehicle is a Tesla Model Y. Shift preferences are taken into account in scheduling where possible.
