Construction workers for projects in Oulu during summer and autumn 2026 We are currently seeking construction workers for projects starting in summer and spring 2026 in the Oulu area. We are mapping out potential workers in advance to meet the future needs of our client companies, so we can offer jobs as soon as suitable projects begin. Work sites vary between new construction and renovation projects, and tasks are assigned based on your experience and skills. Opportunities may include longer-term projects or short-term assignments. The work is daytime work during weekdays, from 7:00 to 15:30. We are looking for candidates with experience in construction site work and an independent work approach. A basic qualification in construction or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory. We seek construction professionals with a recommended salary according to the building sector collective agreement (TES), salary groups 3-4 plus personal salary component. This is a temporary agency employment where Sihti acts as the employer.
