Job Description
We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join Korn Ferry to drive and grow our Projects business.Your primary responsibility will be developing and driving new business for our RPO/Projects business unit, for mid-level volume hiring solutions. You will be engaging in and building key relationships with Senior HR and business stakeholders within Mid Cap to Enterprise clients.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop a business development strategy and plan for your regionManage the full business development cycleNegotiate & secure mid-senior level managerial project solutions and contractsNetwork internally and externally to create opportunitiesKey client management for new client contracts throughout the project delivery life-cycle, including resourcing and operational management of the upscaled teams in order to deliver on client projectsAct as key contact point for clients to access Korn Ferry experts and expertise across a broad range of talent management areasPromote Korn Ferry profile and services through the channels, at professional, business organisations and through contribution to press articles, presentation at industry conferences, membership of industry associations, general networkingCollaborate in Korn Ferry’s integrated solutions business development strategySkills & ExperienceExperience identifying, qualifying and selling substantial talent solutions, preferably enterprise-wide RPO/Executive/Senior Hire solutions, to prospective client companies.Strong new business focus and posses a “hunter” mentality.Proven track record in achievement of financial goals.Strategic thinker who can identify market making opportunities and develop relevant a GTM approach.Experience and credibility in the HR and Talent Acquisition space.Must have developed specific expertise demonstrated through networking, participation in sector associations/functions and relevant trade press and development of specific talent pools.Evidence of implementing a Strategic Business Development Plan and execute strategy towards success.Effective client management/relationship-building.
