Unit Manager - Ramboll Finland Oy - Oulu, Finland

As a unit manager, you will lead the Infra PMS Northern unit and serve as both a team leader and a project manager in various infrastructure projects, mainly in infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors, as part of project teams. Our projects include diverse new builds or renovations, involving mainly project management and construction-related tasks in Finland. Key Responsibilities and Tasks include leadership within the Infra PMS Northern unit, participation in Ramboll CM Oy's infrastructure project management sector, sales, marketing, project management, financial monitoring, and resource planning. The position is based in Oulu, Finland, with work in Kajaani, Lahti, and Rovaniemi. Requirements include technical education (DI / YAMK / Ins.), extensive experience in infrastructure project management, leadership skills, problem-solving, good Finnish and English skills, and experience in energy and industrial projects is an advantage.
