A London based trading tech firm is hiring C++ engineers to help build what they believe is the most advanced trading engine in crypto. The role involves solving real problems like high-frequency execution across CeFi and DeFi, TCA at microsecond resolution, smart routing, net settlement, and crypto options. The team is small, fast-moving, and consists of serious engineers. The candidate will work side by side with a founder who started coding at 5, built the algo behind 75% of global derivatives flow at a top 3 bank, and was personally commended for his C++ skills. The role offers up to £200k base, with a 3-stage process.
