We are looking for a reliable and proactive employee for maintenance dispatch duties. The position starts part-time and primarily involves weekend shifts. Work is offered approximately two weekends per month, according to the shift schedule. Additionally, the employee may be offered other hourly work and on-call shifts based on the employer's needs and the employee's availability. There may also be opportunities for full-time work later. The role is well suited for someone with experience in property maintenance, repair work, or other practical tasks. We value a proactive work attitude, problem-solving skills, responsibility, and the ability to work independently in various on-call situations.
