Senior Technical Engineer Network - Intrum - Remote - Global

We are moving toward a multi‑vendor delivery model and strengthening our end‑to‑end ownership of critical IT services. During the past two years, Intrum is modernizing its network by adopting cloud‑based technologies with Cisco Meraki and Cisco Secure Connect. The role involves supporting the Service Delivery Manager in maintaining stable, secure, and high‑performing IT services, focusing on incident resolution, change execution, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include operational activities, technical documentation, security configurations, incident investigation, and service optimization. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, deep knowledge of LAN, WAN, VoIP, IP telephony, network security, hands-on Cisco solutions experience, familiarity with cloud networking, ITIL/ITSM processes, and strong troubleshooting skills.
