Employment period: August 3, 2026 - July 31, 2027 Group: In this role, you will work with a group of children under 3 years old Location: Hintsankuja Daycare We are looking for two early childhood educators to join a community that values expertise, collaboration, and open interaction. This role is suitable for you if: - Your interaction with children can be described as encouraging, caring, and gentle - You enable children's participation and value their initiatives - You see children’s needs behind challenging behaviors and find positive, supportive ways to assist them in daily life - You want to learn and understand together with the work community - You value teamwork and have a solution-oriented mindset Work shifts are scheduled from Monday to Sunday between 4:50 AM and 10:10 PM. Qualifications are determined according to the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018) § 28; The qualification requirement for the position of early childhood educator is a basic degree in education and guidance, a basic degree in social and health care, or an equivalent suitable degree, which includes or has been supplemented with sufficiently broad modules in child care, education, and teaching. Applicants must submit a criminal record extract as specified in section 6, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Records Act (504/2002). The employment relationship will follow a trial period.
