Senior Recruiter - 12 Month Contract (Laguna, Manila) - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Semiconductor & Electronics Technology is looking for a Senior Recruiter (12-month contract) to be based in Laguna, Manila to work onsite. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Key Responsibilities include taking ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for key business areas, focusing on direct sourcing and diversity, developing recruitment strategies with hiring managers, maintaining stakeholder relationships, utilizing sourcing tools, and providing market and candidate data to hiring managers. Extensive experience in a similar field, experience in hiring for Blue & White Collar roles in Philippines, excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog, IT literacy, data interpretation skills, sourcing methodology development, ability to handle ambiguity, stakeholder management, and networking skills are required. The role involves a hybrid working model with 3 days onsite in Laguna and 2 days WFH. The contract is 12 months, payrolled by CXC Global.
